1- General Terms of Use:
1.1- You can't share your password and area access with someone else.
Only you can enter the CDesigns area and use the graphics with your password.
1.2- No refund after receive the password.
You can always email your questions BEFORE joining the area.
1.3- You can't distribute Cassiopeia Designs graphics and goodies on your websites, on DC or others way,
nor share it with your friends, nor claims the copyright of the items.
1.4- You must have a valid members logo on your site web.
You have a week to put the logo or your acces will be blocked until the logo is online (but not extended).
1.5-The graphics avalaible on this website remain copyright to their own artists. You do not own the copyright of the graphics creations from Cassiopeia Designs, nor the right to use them offline and print.
1.6- You can create end-use creation only (for profit and none-profit).
No creations made with one or more CDesigns items can be redistributed with an AS IS* license.
* An "AS IS License" is when you create item to sell (or distribute in a private area) and allow the customers/members to share the creation to their own private area.
2- Additionals Terms of Use for Tubes:
2.1- You MUST ALWAYS credit the tubes used on the same page*, with the tubes certificate banner or a text link.
* We should be able to identify easily the credit to thetubes used.
2.2- You can use tubes for create your sigtags, avatars, web layouts and other web stuffs for profit and none-profit use.
2.3- You can't edit/recolor them (each are offert in a LOT of colors). Colors change are allowed for eyes only.
2.4- You MUST do something creative with the tubes like add other tubes, text or draw yourself other stuffs with.
You CAN'T only add a text to a tube and say that is a sigtag!
2.5- If you use the tubes in a web layout, you SHOULD always credit the graphic used to http://designs.cassiopeiaweb.com/ inside the layout (usually in the bottom/footer page) and this shouldn't be never remove.
3- Additionals Terms of Use for Free Web Layout:
3.1- You MUST never remove the Cassiopeia Designs credit include on each layout, nor any other credits.
3.2- You can use them for your own websites only.
3.3- You can edit the layout to add you own title on the header and inside the code.
3.4- You can edit the layout code if you need more/less space for the menu links.
For additional change, you should ask me before (I usually agreed if the credits stay inside and you not claim the design copyrights)
4- Additionals Terms of Use for Web Goodies:
4.1- You MUST never modify the code of the web calendars/clocks or any other scripts goodies.
4.2- You can use the on your own websites only.
